Mais m\u00eame le BOB n&rsquo;est pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;abri d&rsquo;un accident. Qu&rsquo;en sera-t-il alors de l&rsquo;assurance ? \u00c0 quoi devez-vous faire attention en tant que BOB ou si un BOB vous ram\u00e8ne \u00e0 la maison ?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vous \u00eates vous-m\u00eame BOB\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u200b\u2026 et ramenez vos amis \u00e0 la maison avec la voiture de l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;entre eux.<\/p>\n<p>Le propri\u00e9taire de la voiture devra avoir une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aginsurance.be\/Retail\/fr\/mobilite\/auto\/Pages\/assurance-r-c-auto.aspx\">assurance responsabilit\u00e9 civile <\/a>puisque celle-ci est rendue obligatoire par la loi. Pensez \u00e0 le v\u00e9rifier avant de prendre le volant.<\/p>\n<p>En cas d&rsquo;<strong>accident en tort<\/strong>, cette RC auto indemnisera :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\tles dommages de toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es, y compris vos passagers,\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\tmais <strong>pas vos propres blessures ni les dommages \u00e0 la voiture<\/strong> de votre ami.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si votre ami a aussi une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aginsurance.be\/Retail\/fr\/mobilite\/auto\/Pages\/top-omnium.aspx\">assurance omnium<\/a>, il sera indemnis\u00e9 pour les dommages \u00e0 sa voiture.<\/p>\n<p>Vous aurez enfin tous vos apaisements si votre ami a en outre souscrit une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aginsurance.be\/Retail\/fr\/mobilite\/auto\/Pages\/assurance-conducteur.aspx\">assurance conducteur<\/a>. Celle-ci prot\u00e9gera en effet tout conducteur roulant avec sa voiture et indemnisera donc vos \u00e9ventuelles blessures.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vous roulez avec un BOB\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u200b&#8230; dans votre voiture.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les assurances pour votre voiture seront alors d&rsquo;application.
