Un ramonage r\u00e9gulier r\u00e9duit aussi grandement le risque d\u2019incendie grave dans votre habitation.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les estimations, un tiers des incendies qui touchent les habitations sont dues \u00e0 un feu de chemin\u00e9e. Les principales causes en sont un d\u00e9faut technique lors de l\u2018installation, la pr\u00e9sence de suie dans les conduits ou de nids d\u2019oiseaux dans la chemin\u00e9e, mais surtout \u00e0 un ramonage insuffisant. Il n\u2019est donc certainement pas inutile de pr\u00e9voir un ramonage r\u00e9gulier de votre chemin\u00e9e. Mieux encore : il s\u2019agit d\u2019une obligation l\u00e9gale. En principe, le ramonage doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 une fois par an, et deux fois par an si vous\u00a0vous chauffez avec du bois qui n\u2019a pas eu l\u2019occasion de s\u00e9cher durant 2 ans minimum.<\/p>\n<p>Mais cette obligation de ramonage ne concerne pas uniquement les personnes qui se chauffent au bois. Elle vaut \u00e9galement si vous vous chauffez au charbon ou au mazout. Et m\u00eame si vous utilisez du gaz naturel, bien qu\u2019un ramonage toutes les deux ou trois ann\u00e9es suffise dans ce cas-l\u00e0.<br \/>\nN\u2019oubliez pas non plus qu\u2019un ramonage r\u00e9gulier de votre chemin\u00e9e \u00e0 un impact positif sur le rendement de votre installation de chauffage. Et vous participez ainsi \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du niveau de pollution de l\u2019air. Par ailleurs, les frais d\u2019entretien de l\u2019installation de chauffage et de la chemin\u00e9e sont d\u00e9ductibles\u00a0fiscalement (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 40 %).<\/p>\n<h2>Quelques conseils si vous vous chauffez au bois (po\u00eale, cassette ou feu ouvert)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Faites nettoyer votre chemin\u00e9e au moins une fois par an par un ramoneur professionnel et demandez une attestation.
